<Cause>
The safety override switch is turned on and the device has been instructed to
perform an operation which is not allowed in override mode./
The safety override switch is used to bypass parts of the safety interlock loop
when servicing the device. This allows certain mechanical components to be
tested with the safety covers removed. The laser head can not be operated even
if the override switch is on.
